While the stated project goal is to modernize the old First Star Online engines, there are specific things that haven't aged well.
I've complained about this in other contexts, but one of the big ones on the user-side of the engine is the lack of an ability to batch-process things like cooking, furniture, and alchemy. Clicking the same button over and over is not engaging gameplay. Being able to engage with the community via conversation, however, is.
In addition, tying skill increases to RNG, as opposed to XP as HP/MP is tied to, makes progression feel like a slog, especially when randomness just isn't cooperating, and you've spent half an hour without getting a single point in Punch.
I realize that those items are just my wishlist, but I was wondering if you had any plans for deviations from the original design of First Star Online. A goal of the project is to give server administrators the tools to make changes, but would an admin be able to make changes at this level?
